Looking Up

You lift me up

in hope and love,

eternal life

with you above.

You cleanse me from consuming fears

I offer you my trust, you wash away my tears.

You remove bad habits, empty evil desires,

with you I’m whole- no peace expires.

This Easter, God, I pray to you on high

lead me forward, I’ll reach the sky.
