ARCHIVES.....FIRST DRAFTS.....
Love the closing line "stained glass windows". Love the parallel between windows and eyes. Love the poem and it's flow (but must look up lachrymal!)
very interesting poem Laurie - I like the vitreous eyes and the closed mind (don't we all know a few of them)
Deceptively deep words. Nicely done.
I had to look up "vitreous." That's a good word!
Ooh, nice. Even if I don't know what' vitreous' is, either.: )
Thanks!Sorry... "vitreous" is glass-like.
the difference between closed minds and acceptance in just a few words. Very good.
Yes indeed. There are many tears behind closed stained glass windows! Time to open them.
I love vitreous eyes.Nice post.LisaInspiredbyLisa
Thought this was quite good. I saw this as a new, hopeful beginning...we don't know what caused it, but it feels like a good thing. Have to say , anyone who can work both vitreous and lachrymal into a coherent piece deserves a lot of credit! vb
lovely...
Terrific! You've reached deep...
Acceptance is a powerful thing and does change outlook - making the world cheery again. Bravo!Anna :o]
Well spoken Laurie....it seems half of accepting is seeing the truth....:-)
