The aromatic air led me to this place;
percolating coffee, cinnamon, vanilla
swirled into tantalizing tastes I admire.
You ordered a piece of apple strudel
while I puckered up my lips, painted them red
hoping you'd follow me back to the hotel.

Great last line. Always leave the reader with something to ponder, I say.

The absolutely perfect ending! Love it, Laurie.

Just me being silly. Good one, Laurie.
Delightful piece, and a lot of my favourite flavours too!
Not only did we get a delightful assault on the senses we were able to conjecture on the possible sexy outcome. A beautiful piece indeed.
Charming, Laurie. My take is short and sweet as well this week.
