The renga is a long Japanese poem, a series of very short verses in an alternating pattern, built by the group. There are links and references scattered within the greater poem, and each verse is related without being repetitive, writes Grace.
I am the fifth person and here is what I've written:
her graceful waves in
a risque spring ballet, legs
kick the silver sky

Thanks for giving me such a lovely verse to respond to
Ooh.. I love the ballet legs - a very different thought process may follow on.
This is so much fun!!
silver sky... I really like that. :)
Oh, beautiful - I like the rhyme in the middle line.

"kick the silver sky".......wow. Really wonderful! I want to read it all put together, it is going to be great!
Lovely images...a true ballet in words.
It's so much fun. I will post the complete poem when it is done.
this poem creates a pretty visual laurie.
Wonderfully done, Laurie. You're right, "silver" is the right word.
