Bridged

look to the crystalline
sky for clarity everywhere
else is blurred reality

mirrored by the world
we perceive bridged
this line of symmetry

The blur between what's real and what we think is real--in the photo and in the words--captured well here.

the feeling of calm this verse brings is beautiful. so much of a meaning embedded in simple words.

The blur in perceptions and twisting views is brilliant.

Being a lifelong sky-watcher, I really loved this - yes, clarity above, it's pretty chaotic down here. Lovely photo too.

A beautiful and vivid photo to accent your words. I love "blurred reality" as a phrase - very descriptive.

I love the photo & the implication that all is not as it seems.

Blurred reality reminds me of Magritte, whose blurred painted reality had a clear message to deliver, like the one in this beautiful poem.

Really nice Laurie. Love the blurring effect the carryover lines present. Outstanding poem. Thanks
