God as My Guide

He frees me of all inhibitions
Puts creative ideas in my head.
The right words flow so easily
When I ask for His help instead
Of trying to write on my own,
For then I might get stuck on a phrase.
But God always leads and guides me
And has encouraged me from a young age
To write from the heart and when I do
The words are endearing and true.
